I have a 2012 Overland with the air lift suspension. What is the largest size 20" tire I can put on it with no issues?

Re: Sneakers

You are better off to use the oem size.

OK...I live in Vermont...What is a good all around tire for all seasons? Something cool looking and quiet. I don't want a snow tire...

Hmmm... I can't think of a tire that combines the 3 qualities of good all-season, cool looking and quiet that would work in a VT winter and make you happy.

I've had a lot of 4 wheel drive vehicles and never use snow tires. Lived in VT all my life..

Well then, with all that driving in VT and not using snow tires you should look at previous brands you've had and liked that worked well on your previous 4WD vehicles.

I suppose you're right... Just looking for some suggestion for my new to me Overland. I don't put on a lot of miles so longevity is not a factor. Just want something cool looking that rides good.

Understood. Personally, I like tread similar to a Cooper Discoverer AT3 for winters here. But I understand they aren't the type you're looking for.

I live near southern VT. Even the UPS trucks are 4WD in VT!
I plan on going with new Nokian WR G3 SUV tires on my next vehicle.... an all-weather tire.

Take a look at the Bridgestone Alenza H/L

Quiet (check)
All season (check)
Cool Looking (Not so much)
V Rated (Check)

Nitto Crosstek are an all-season -- with beefy-looking sidewall biters. They look like A/Ts from the side, but the tread pattern is mild (all-season). They are exclusive to NTB. You have to get the truck/SUV version. The CUV version looks wimpy.

Nitto® CROSSTEK®

Other than that, go with an A/T. I've had Silent Armors and now Cooper A/T3s. The Silent Armors were less noisy, but didn't look as good IMO.

Take a look at the bridgestone dueler at revo 2. Looks cooler than an all season tire and are quiet enough. 275/55R20 is the largest that will fit.
