Shifter / key release cable adjustment

I am having a problem with the key release. Is there an adjustment on the cable / linkage that runs from the gear selector to the back of the key socket? It looks like the back of the key receptor has just an inlet for the cable. So I'm thinking it's below the gear lever. But how do you get to it if it's there?

Thanks Frango, is there more? It tells me to "refer to 21 - TRANSMISSION AND TRANSFER CASE / AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION / GEARSHIFT CABLE - ADJUSTMENTS)

Also, if you wouldn't mind, could you include "23 - BODY / INTERIOR / FLOOR CONSOLE - REMOVAL"

Thanks!Attachment 42435

Ok, so here's how this one ended up...
I disassembled the steering column cover and the center console to take a look and search for any loose parts / connections. I got interrupted then the jeep was used a couple times while all the covers were apart. The issue has resolved itself!??!
Just like when you bring your vehicle to the dealership.
It has now cycled about 30 times with no further issues.

Go figure...
