I remember "Mr. Norm's Grand Spaulding Dodge" when I was a teen growing up in and around Chicago back in the 60's. Back then he had a bit of a shady reputation, but he was the guy to see in the late 60's if you wanted high performance Mopar cars and parts. He ran a Top Fuel Funny Car sponsored by his dealership at the old U.S. 30 Drag Strip, near the Indiana, Illinois border. (Now long gone and overrun with weeds).
