Bush Removal and CB Install

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9frt68aAqNw
Had to get the bush out of the way to plant a japanese maple. The clank as the chain tightened was my hitch shifting up as it has been doing ever since they replaced it after I was rear-ended. Worked better than I expected

And I got my Midland 1001z today! Cut out the back of the plastic cubby insert, ran the wires, and screwed in the speaker mount. Don't remember where I saw the suggestion of the 1001z in that spot but thank you to whoever it was!

When you installed the CB radio does it turn on when you turn on the engine? I'm thinking of installing my Laser Jammer there or underneathe the A/C controls (If it fits)

It's connected to the battery, I didn't run it to the box under the dash. There's power running to it but it only turns on when I turn on the switch. I'm sure there's a way to rig it up to only have power if the engine's on if you run it to something in the fuse box but I'm a wiring newbie so I just took the easy route and did as the "IMPORTANT" label said - red to positive on the battery, black to negative.
