Brush Guard for my WJ or no?

I have an opportunity to get a lightly used brush guard for my WJ from a member on another forum.
It's this one
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/99-04...item4839b78089
The price is great, around a 1/4 of this price give or take.
whatcha guys think?
My WJ is silver.
I don't have any head on shots but here are some showing the front

I am also wondering something. Not this brush guard in particular, but others that I have seen on eBaY state that it wont fit a special edition and others wont fit limited editions.
This one I believe should be okay, also the person said we'll mount it up and all and make sure it fits before I would buy.
Any ideas why they would fit some models and not others, isn't the area it would bolt up to the same on all WJs?

The reason it doesn't fit special editions and limited's is because the tow hooks are there and would need to be removed.
