What is missing on this bumper ?

Kosovo has a very limited supply of parts and prohibitive shipping costs severely limit my scope for certain mods. As necessity is the mother of ingenuity I am generally ready to look into all options but I need your help to figure this one out.

I can have the this 08+ bumper for a good price. Its clearly missing something but I am not sure its missing a part, as in piece that has a part number or if its missing a part as in its broken. Any Ideas ?

This one is not really that good of a deal but this one seems to be an 05-07 SRT8 bumper ... is that right or is it an 08+ ?

Thanks in advance guys

the 08 bumper is missing the bottom lip and that is an 06 SRT bumper

The first one is an 08+

It is missing the lower valance and the headlight washer squirters. I have no idea what the other holes are in it. You will also have to get 08 headlights and a new 08 grille to make this work.

The SRT8 one appears to be 06-07 but it is also missing pieces (lower grille mesh, lower arm braces, wheel well liner extensions)

The SRT one will fit with minimal parts purchased or fabricated.

I knew you'd have my back. Thanks. Does the bottom lip have a part number because if I can't get it separately it kind of defeats the whole purpose.

James, thanks for the detailed answer, I had of course missed all that. The 08+ is a WH bumper and I think the other holes are for the front parking sensors ... I was afraid that the SRT8 would be the best option. You and Scott have crazy aggressive beasts and the engines to back it up but I think that I'd have been better suited for a more subtle look like Fabian's iJeep. I got the 08 HID's in already.

yes you can get the bottom lip of the 08 seperate. bnesure to get the paintable limited/overland one. The round holes are for the front parking sensors. The SRT bumper has the tectured black around the fogs and lower grill...so it is from an 06 only. If you bought it you would have to have the tecture smoothed. Good Luck bro!

I want to see more of your custom interior man.

Here is what the 08 will look like one you have all the pieces.

I spend too long debating between both options and could not make either work in the end ... back in waiting mode.

I got a couple things planned but it all depends on the quality of the products I can find here ... I got to drive five hours in three countries to get a can of 3m 77. But here is a sneak peak on the first piece in the works ...

my 08 bumper does not have the washer squirters or the parking sensors...so it is an 09+...here are a couple pics of my 08 with the lower piece off, super simple to take off!
