Bwoody 4.7 CAI?????????????????????

Ok, I cant seem to get any answers in the threads for this CAI system. Ive pmd hima nd got nothing. Does anyone have any firm information about when this thing is coming out? I am running out of time to spend money on mods before we get the house and i would like to get a GOOD Cold air intake.

I personally gave up on this. They were supposed to have something out months ago but never did...

Ok then i will move on.

My plans, 63 series K&N parts, No filter, no shield just the tubes and couplers needed. Then i plan to make the rest custom to drop the filter down behind the fog light and get an Amsoil filter and pre filter for it. I will make my own bracketry and tubing to continue the length.

Make a 4" tube like I suggested to you months ago. Sure the Bwoody is a pretty unit but it is expensive and at the end of the day it's still a expensive shiny aluminum tube.

I might do something like that i just hate the look of the couplers and PVC style intakes. I am going to play with some ideas over the next few weeks trying to keep it cheap and i may just suck it up and go that route any way.

buy the k&n plastic one. then where its filter would go add your creativity. maybe add a rubber 90 IDK so you make the filter end. this way the part that runs from the tb to the front corner is done. k&n has a support that holds the tube up off the motor. presto!

Like what he did here... Orielly autoparts has the tubing and couplers cheap. Hell you prolly could go to a metal supply and get the tubing you want custom cut and such for next to nothing... and prolly in plastic if you look good enough.

This is what i was saying above that id like to do if i dont make a pvc one. it just depends on the costs of the parts from K&N.

The link opened up to a weird style page and could not replay or see comments.
