Re: BoraBora build thread

Hey man sorry for the late response. There is a very slight rake, but it looks right. Even my friends and family agreed the rear 1.5" boost makes it sit perfect, especially with our light 3.7...

Re: BoraBora build thread

Thanks man. The worn Duratracs in the picture rode terribly. They vibrated and were louder than my friend's Super Swampers. The new ones are incredibly quiet and ride really well.

It's a 3.7L 2006 65th Anniversary Edition.

Re: The Official "I Have A Lifted Jeep" Thread

Usually I'm on the other forum, but here's my WK :) Just got brand new 285 Duratracs mounted, here are pictures with the old ones.

Modified OME HD, Bilstein 5100's, 285 Duratracs, 1.5" Rough...

Re: Just bought a 2007 GC Laredo 4x4.

Should be good. Check to see if they did the 60K miles service and check under the Jeep for rust damage. Also a quiet test drive for any bad bearings, and if possible take it on a test drive through...

Re: Found stormtrooper with srt reps and lift

Definitely not a superlift. More like a Budget Boost with what looks like Kumho Adventure MTs.

Re: What is the best lift?

RRO only makes a 2.25" lift for the WK. Go OME. New springs, shocks and struts make it a proper suspension lift. The ride quality will be better than a spacer lift, and you will have more room for...

Re: Gun Safe in WK

Why would you want to keep a gun in your car? If you're not carrying it then what's the point? Anyways, steel armadillo makes one and claims it holds a full size pistol.

Re: Will i have issues?

^ X2! I went with Bilstein 5100 struts and shocks instead of the OME ones. It saved me quite a bit of cash, which on a high school budget, makes a huge difference.

Anon155 I'm assuming I don't...

Re: Will i have issues?

No you will not. The trac bar is mostly if the off center of the rear axle bothers you. The sway links if you wheel hard and desire more flex. The UCA's are also mostly if you flex your suspension a...

Re: 33-12.5-20 fitment???

It'll be tight, and you'll want to do the pinchweld mod and the rear fender roll. Why are you putting a mud tire on a 20 inch wheel?? Just looks off IMO.
