Ok I apologize I was misread your first post...it should definitely have the QT-II transfer case with the low range....that's strange that it only has the one skid plate.

No, it doesn't have to have Quadra-Drive (that's the Electronic limited Slip deferential (ELSD) in the rear axle) only Quadra-Trac transfer case which is with the low range transfer case.

What engine do you have? I ask because if its a Hemi you have select speed which is hill ascent and hill decent. You have to have it in drive for the HDC to work.
