I made a CAI using PVC pipe. Covered it with heat tape and covered that with aluminum tape to keep it all together. I also added a ram air duct leading to the CAI.

I took out the headliner. I hosed down the suspected nutsert. I got inside the Jeep and noticed the windshield leaking at the a-pillar.
Now, I dont know if all the other steps to stop...

UPDATE:

I found the leak. The water was coming from the roof rail bolt holes. Three of them were loose and two of the bolts are rusted.
I have tested to see if water is coming from those...

I dont see it coming out of the drain, nor do I see it leaking into the cabin.
If its not the AC drain, it has to be cabin air intake.
