Re: ORC module recall

I believe the side panel of the center console can be removed without having to remove the entire center console. The faulty part is probably accessible with the side panel removed.

Anyone have a...

Re: Vibration rattle in glove compartment ?

Could also be the damper mechanism for the glove box door. It's held in place by 2 studs mounted to the HVAC system. It will rattle with the door closed. Leave the door open and there is tension on...

Re: 2014 Summit Lower Trim Paint Code

Re: Cool ... Another recall

Is Ford still using that wacky warning tone when you first turn on the ignition? If so, can it be changed? If not, I wouldn't buy a Ford because of that stupid warning tone.

Re: question

I applied this method to my Summit. Is it still normal for the chime to ring a few times if I start the engine before I buckle the seat belt?

Re: 2014 GCs that have steering shimmy over 60MPH

You would think. Unfortunately, I've said it all along, many so called techs don't know how to properly operate the Hunter GSP9700 Road Force Balance machine. When done correctly, it's amazing what...

Re: Harman Upgrade

I had to have my steering wheel recentered at a tire store with a Hunter alignment rack and the tech asked me what kind of money I put into the audio system. When I told him it was a stock system...

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

Just an update. I just changed the oil & filter for the first time and I removed the belly pan. I don't know if those that might want the belly pan without the hole are interested, but the part...

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

My 2014 Summit V8 doesn't have any hole in the belly pan whatsoever. So I would need to remove the entire belly pan to change the oil & filter, which for me is no big deal as I stated above.

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

When I did the oil & filter change on my previous 2012 Overland V8, even though it had the hole in the belly pan, I still wound up cutting up my wrists and arms (due to the sharp edges from that...

Re: Why Did They Do it?

Re: TPMS Sensors question...

Since the same tpms sensor is also used on other Chrysler products, I wonder how the WK2's tpms computer determines the correct minimum pressure setting when installing a new tpms sensor?

Re: Early Impressions

Looks great.

Next time you go to the dealer, have them install the gas pedal cover the correct way. Right now it's upside down.

Enjoy the SRT-8.

Re: Just how bad is Brilliant Black for the OCD inclined?
