430N system and Moto X Bluetooth problems

I have a 2013 Trailhawk and just got a Moto X smartphone. It pairs with the car no problem. But it has a consistent frustrating habit of ending the phone call either right after connecting or just...

Re: How to remove dash air duct bezels

After re-reading this section as suggested above, I found the note: "The air outlet trim panels are serviced with the air outlets as an assembly" That's apparently why I couldn't separate them.

How to remove dash air duct bezels

I want to remove the bezels around the air ducts at the ends of the dash in my 2013 Trailhawk and try plastidipping them to remove the glare and reflection in the side mirrors. I can't seem to get...

Re: Fogged up windows

I've been seeing these posts regarding poor drainage and water accumulation. Is this being seen mainly in 2014's? How common is it in the previous wk2 years?

Re: Doors Retain Water?

Just saw your question about rust inside. My vehicle is brand new, so no feedback from me on that question. The comment about salt in the winter is an interesting idea. Conceivably, you could get...

Re: Doors Retain Water?

Water certainly should drain out right away. Wouldn't hurt just to stick something into the weep holes and make sure they are open. If you are adventurous, pull the trim panel off your door and...

Re: 2012 Grand Cherokee Enable Daytime Running Lights DRL

I have had no bugs show up since I had my DRLs enabled. The dash illumination stays bright(doesn't dim as when normal lights come on), and no problems with my Sirius subscription (someone had...

Re: MPG readout seems erratic

This is what I was thinking. There's just no way mathematically that my MPG numbers could vary as much as they do when averaged over 1500+ miles. If it's true, that's another dumb programming...

MPG readout seems erratic

I have not reset my MPG readout for 1500 miles. And yet it varies every day from say 18.6 to 19.2 range.

With that many miles which it should be averaging over, it seems erratic. Anybody else...

Re: JL Audio Stealthbox Options

Do you think that all replacement subs require an aftermarket amplifier, or is there a 2ohm DVC replacement that could tighten the bass and still be driven by what we are assuming (ass-u-me) is about...

Thanks for the numbers. I was going to post asking if anyone had calculated the volume.

What is the depth allowable with the factory enclosure?

Re: Very happy with sound improvement just replacing speakers only

The dash speaker is 4 ohms, while the door replacements are all 2 ohm. The dash really fills in only when I fade at least 2 toward the front, but then it really does make a difference.

The MTX...

Re: 2012 Grand Cherokee Enable Daytime Running Lights DRL

Silver interior trim too bright on sunny days - ?paint or plastdip

Sorry for my ignorance about this, but I assume the bedliner spray dries hard to make the chamber more solid? What is a reasonable amount of coats if I want to try this?
