Wj 17in tire size ??

I need to replace my GF's Trailblazer tires and my Jeep's tires 245/70/r16 tires would make a good replacement for them they are Firestone Destination A/T tires. They have 65% life left on them.......

i used vice grips to hold the cams while torquing the cam bolts. I used two on both sides opposite to each other. I wrapped the cam with a shop rag to prevent damage to the cams and kept them away...

After you replace the filter check the fuel pressure with a guage. 50-60 psi should be good with Key on engine off and a steady 50 to 55 with it running. Specs may be off a bit but usually close...

:slapfight:Bringing thread back up. Sorry.... I don't plan on towing with my 2000 4.7 WJ But it may happen once or twice... though i don't have the tow package... SO here is the scoop on my 173k WJ...

:DDid the Wire "snip" and i must admit it shifts a WHOLE lot better... Or maybe it's just me.... Before it would hesitate whether to down shift or up shift especially when cold.:confused: So i did it...

i inspected everything when i changed the oil and filter didn't find anything bad... I did use synthetic oil hoping it would help which it did a little bit.. gonna hook up my scanner and see if i can...

i think i bent 2 valves... I had the head redone the second time for about 80 bucks plus the cam repair..

:mad:DAMN! same crap happened to me last year after i rebuilt my 4.7... It ran great for about 15min then it took a doodoo.. :( I had bought some H.O. cams from the dealer and the passenger side cam...

Last time i had P0420 code it was my Cat that was shot... I would hook up a scanner and a check the o2 sensor readings first. Here is a link to the code.
