My CRD GC is my daily driver and my commute is a short one at 5-7 miles per day on city streets. Ever since Day 1 and Mile 1 I've logged every gallon ever put into it. Thought I'd share my data here....

Subscribed. The Chief products look great, and I would be interested in a CA USA location, like Pinetar. I also subscribed to Chief's site.

Re: Drive or transport new JGC Overland Diesel ???

Another vote here for doing the drive yourself. 1,100 miles can be done in two tankfuls, so about $170 in fuel costs.

It will be good bonding time between you and your rig.

Oh, and if you're a...

Re: 20 inch vs 18 Off Road

There are advantages and disadvantages for each. You can do quite a bit off road with 20s, but yes with 18s you have more capacity for flotation. But with 20s I get better handling and steering...

Re: 2015 Overland Eco Diesel - comments / observations

Also, before I bought the JGC I rented some Wranglers. I found the ride too harsh, and the JGC nice and comfortable. Maybe for me & SWMBO it's an age thing, we are middle aged.

Enjoy your new JGC...
