I have the OME lift. Do I need to remove the strut assembly to get the front and rear bolts out, or can I sneak them past the spring?

I have a set of used struts for sale. Only 6,500 miles on them. $100 + shipping (roughly $115 total). The shocks you could pick up for around $135 a pair from numerous places.

I went to drain, flush and refill my radiator today and when I opened the drain cock, the coolant will not come out. I even cracked the rad. cap, purge plug and res. tank cap. Any suggestions?
