Re: Slamming a WJ to the ground

TYPICALLY you need to do a 2WD conversion. Then modify the inner wheelwell to allow for more travel of the upper control arm. As it is you only have a couple inches of travel before the upper arm...

Re: ESP and Lift Adjustments post-install?

I had a hybrid lift on my 05 a while back (before the SRT), that was about 3-3.5" and my stability control would cut in but wasn't a problem most of the time. Not sure why you guys with a smaller...

Re: lowering springs vs bc coilovers

I had the SRT eibach's with non-srt bilstein's on my old 05 V-6. I replaced that with the BC system, so i've had both setups you're looking at.

The SRT setup was great, gives a little more drop...

Can't speak to the HLT process, but OZ has been around forever and makes a solid product.

I know shot peening has been used on performance parts for a long time as it helps "solidify" the metal....

Yes it can, and has been done, but you can expect alot of other issues: alignment, very little suspension droop travel front and rear, high wear on cv axles, stability control interveening excessively.

HOWEVER a tuner (such as FlyinRyan) can do so within his custom tune.
