Oregon has similar laws for tinted tail lights. I made sure I read up on it because I havent had the best of luck with police in the past. The tails look very dark, but believe it or not still light...

I didnt use niteshades on the reflectors because I was nervous about getting ticketed. I'll keep it in mind though.

Does niteshades fade even if I used several coats of clear coat and wet sanding...

It's really cheap to paint things on your own.. just takes time. Wheels/tires make a huge difference, just expensive!
