Re: Oil Change Intervals on the 3.6?

I change it when the monitor tells me to - it's usually around 8k. Uses whatever Mopar oil the dealer puts in.

Re: Please Help Getting Weak looking at 4Runners :(

As an option, according to the brochure on Toyotas site, and it's not labeled as AWD (semantics, I suspect). And, everything I can find says you still have to shift into the full time mode, otherwise...

Re: Please Help Getting Weak looking at 4Runners :(

I admittedly looked at the previous generation 4-Runner before buying my GC. Like others have said, the interior was dated and the tech was horribly outdated. But, Toyota does have solid engines and...

Re: Windshield Wipers

I've been using these for years as well. Not cheap, but they go like gangbusters, especially with snow. I replace mine every 6 months, earlier if they start streaking.

Re: Best equalizer settings?

I usually use these - bass isn't too high (though anything higher and it starts vibrating things more than they should). XM sounds like crap still though, I usually listen to Pandora, Google Music...

Re: Goodyear Wrangler All-Terrain Adventure

That's what would keep me from getting the 20" wheels - my parents just bought a 2015 with the 20's. Going to be fun when they have to replace the tires, there's really not much out there.

That...

Re: DC metro area group buy

I was one of the first to get mine via the GB and I've been nothing but happy with it, back in Feb 2013. 36,000 miles and still going strong, it's at the tire place now getting the Goodyear AT...

Re: Goodyear Wrangler All-Terrain Adventure

Been awhile since I posted - I've got my '14 at the Goodyear shop now getting the AT Adventures installed. The stock Latitudes are crap, like others have said. Not bad on dry pavement, but garbage in...

I have the stock Michelins on my '14. Blech. I slid around on 95 and 495 on Thursday, then wound up in a snowbank when some douchenozzle tried to play, cut me off and then wound up spinning out...

Yeah, it was almost disturbing how easy F&I was at Koons. I finished signing my paperwork and he's like, oh...you're done! To which I could not help but answer "Really? I feel as if I should still be...

Re: DC metro area group buy

'Bout average. I traded in a '12 Laredo. KBB value was about 1500 above what I got, but most, if not all dealers don't use Blue Book value anyway. I'd suggest going to Carmax to get a starting point,...

Man, it's nice to see this GB is still going strong, especially compared to the others. 76 pages and going strong. I'm way back there on page 17 or 18 somewhere picking mine up haha. Glad everyone is...

Re: 2014 Uconnect RA3 - RA4 / Engineering Menu

I haven't messed around with mine much. The only thing I ever do in there is reset the XM App and driver when it hangs up.

Re: 2014 Uconnect RA3 - RA4 / Engineering Menu

No, underneath the actual center console (or so I'm told). My phone went back to "normal" after the uconnect froze on my way home from the dealer and I had to shut the car off for a minute or so then...

Re: Thoughts on getting Service at Different Dealer than Purchase ?

Re: Help deciding Laredo E options

I'm a fan of the 18"s on my Ltd. Like the OP, I thought about getting a loaded Laredo, but once I tallied up the cost and then got into the DC group buy, there was no reason to get a Laredo. Even on...

Re: Are '14 GC Owners Adjusting to Electronic Shifter ?

Re: 2014 V6 owners - how do you like it?

I went from a '12 V6 to a '14 V6 - night and day difference. I've never been left wanting with either one, but the '14 definitely has more oomph. The 5 speed in the '12 hindered the V6 in many ways...
