Chief one should work just fine with RRO winch mounts and the bumper bar I ordered. It looks like yours is exposing more than it is protecting just like RRO's pre-runner. That's why I waited to order...

I was lucky, I just drove up to their shop an hour away in Denver and they installed the rack and the 6 Rigid LED light bars while I waited.

It won't interfere at all the rack has a u shaped notch for the older 8 inch antenna which you can see along with my CB antenna behind it if you zoom in on the first pic.

Barricade also make sliders that work in tandem with the Rubi stock ones but I had about 1 " chopped off the backend so they don't rub on the 37"s along with trimming the pinch welds

You should be fine with the 35/12.5/17s on the 3.5" AEV lift. I'm running 37/12.5/17 BFG KM2s on the AEV 4.5" lift.
