Do you have any aftermarket electric stuff which draws the ground/negative from the chassis?

Re: Australian 2014 GC with DAB

That's optional subchannel data which may be broadcast by a conventional FM station. Looks like DAB, but isn't.

Yes, but that then requires the button to be in a convenient location... which actually was my point.

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee information - Australia

That's cool if you like that sort of thing. I'd rather have convenient access to manual control, especially when manoeuvring / parking / hooking up /disconnecting trailers on our steep driveway. If...

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee information - Australia

Regarding the information from Benn0... I'd really prefer the pedal was deleted and a proper foot rest fitted. Having what sounds like a supplementary park brake system is only half a solution.

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee information - Australia

A lift up button on the transmission tunnel would be nice. This arrangement is very intuitive in the Beamer, for me anyway.

Re: Australian 2014 GC with DAB

No I didn't mate. As I mentioned, I was poking around in my early MY14 when I saw it, but back then it was "a sure thing" that DAB couldn't be enabled.

It's 99% guaranteed to be a junction in the...

Re: Australian 2014 GC with DAB

Pull the boot quarter trim. I'm confident what I saw is a coax junction. Back then we were certain that the hardware wasn't in the head unit, so I never bothered investigating further. It'd be...

Re: Off Road 18"s

The same size block for every shoulder lug suggests that these could howl insanely at certain speeds. Irregular shoulder blocks have become the norm to avoid harmonic problems.

Yeah, you're on the right track there Bruno.

Stupid Android converter. I thought it sounded a bit huuuuge... should have checked.

Spacers on the rear could be worthwhile considering if the side lugs bite into the guard liners.

Re: No tow hooks? Front Recovery Soluition help

It certainly makes sense that if you can achieve a workable design without welds then that's the best way to go.

Tow bar is an Aussie layman term for basically the whole shooting match up back.

Receiver, technically, is just the 50mm square hole.
