Re: Foglight bezel replacement

I swapped mine out back in 2010 so I can't remember all the details but it was straight forward and did not require removal of the bumper. Mine came with instructions which unfortunately I don't...

Re: Why are the Altitude's so popular?

I don't think it's that popular. I can't remember the last I've seen one, while there are lots of Summits, Overlands, and Laredos on the roads.

Re: Door hinge rust?

Mine is a 2011. The driver's door has minimal rust on the hinges but the lower door panel (inside) has a lot. None of the other doors are showing any signs of rust. 95% of the time it's me alone in...

My 2011 has rust (not specs) on the inside edges of the driver's door and the hinges. The other doors are clear.

Re: 5.5% below invoice

You guys are so lucky in the USA. No where else in the world can you buy a car below invoice unless you are an employee.
Even cars made right here in Ontario, Canada are cheaper in the USA....

I have a Motomaster 3 ton aluminum steel jack with a lift range of 3-3/4 to 19-1/4" and it does fine with the GC.

Canadian Experience 2 - a very good one.
I took my 2011 Overland 5.7 in for two recalls, P54 and P36, plus an oil service at my local dealer in Whitby, Ontario (Durham Dodge). I was very pleased...

Re: 2015 Limited V6 loses dual exhaust

Getting back to the OP statement, I thought all WK2 V6's had single exhaust (except diesel). I know the 2011 -2013 did.

I was once told by Toyota that by doing an aftermarket rustproofing it voids Toyota's rustproof manufacture's warranty and now covered by the aftermarket company.

Could it be the map lights that are on. They are controlled by those switches flanking the remote hatch release on the ceiling console.

Re: HEMI Badge - Gonna add one to the 2014

I'm not sure it goes that well. I like it on the Black Overland because it goes well under the 5.7L and balances both sides, but the "HEMI" doesn't blend well with 4X4 on the new GC.

Re: Exit Mode Air Suspension Lowering: Just Learned How to Use This

Re: 2014 QL: Automatic Lowering?

I agree. If all it takes is me pressing a button below a certain speed to lower it, a simple firmware upgrade should be all it takes to make this auto. Just like Aero height is automatically lowered...

I use the park feature always so it would be nice as an auto feature. I don't think it would compound any issues that may arrise from QL.

Re: Why not more WK2's in Canada?

Jeeps are definately overpriced by Chrysler Canada more so than other manufacturers. My 2011 Overland was $55K and now a similar 2014 is $65K. Why such an increase in 3 years?

Re: 2014 QL: Automatic Lowering?

Well, if it's in the 2014's then it can be done. Range Rovers lower at park automatically but they may have an open air suspension sysyem.
