I got Crown Bushings and a Crown front Dif Bracket. I can't see them being any worse then the OEM Mopar if not probally better. Qualtiy looks solid on the parts. I wasn't able to find other buhsings...

Could be. When it comes to diagnossing things like this I'm a firm believer in doing the cheapest fixes first. I def feel that new plugs will fix this problem though.

When was the last time you changed your spark plugs. My 3.7 loves me plugs, night and day dif. This should solve you problem, IMO. The 3.7 calls for plugs every 30K, btw.

I have to do the hardest one to get to. The bushing that is at the back top of the front diff, it would be #3 in the thread with the pics. It does not seem that there will be a way to change this...

The front prop shaft is OK its the boot on the end of it where it meets the transfer case that is messed up. Did you do the work yourslef?
