Re: Hitch Mounted Cargo Carrier

I've got a HD hitch rack I got a few years ago that has a 2" ball on the back that's rated for a light trailer.

I've towed a PWC hooked up to the rack on multiple occasions with zero problems....

Re: tips on how to keep a black jeep clean?

^^^Great advice!

I'm pretty anal when it comes to water spots. I like to wipe the car down with microfibers after a wash, then use a small wet/dry vac to suck the water out of the crevasses I...

Re: And another melted Putco...options?

I've needed one replacement set in the last 7 months and I just noticed last week that a few diodes on my current set are dead. I love the...

Re: Jeep will sometimes raise to OR1 at start-up?

I have the same problem about once a month but it happens to me when I'm parked on flat ground for at least 8+ hours. Not that big of a deal but I figured that I'd mention it to the dealer the next...

Re: What car are you dumping to make room for your WK2?

Got rid of a 2003 Acura TL-S with 125,000 miles. Did a lot of engine, suspension, and audio/video work. Great car, will surely miss getting 31 mpg on the highway...

Re: V-LEDS 5k DRL Replacement

I've had REALLY good luck with the Putco Nova 3157 leds. The light output is great and Putco/ XenonDepot's customer service is second to none!! One of my lights went out last week and I had a new...

Re: Putco Nova LED problem ...

One of my Novas went out after 4 months of use and I have to say I was SUPER impressed with how well Xenondepot/ Putco handled my warranty claim. I had a new bulb on my doorstep within four days with...

Re: Winter Detail Done *pics*

Thanks for the compliments. The shine of a clean black car makes all the work worth it!

@bmrisko I'm familiar with the process of layering carnuba over sealant but I've never tried it on one of my...

Winter Detail Done *pics*

Gents,

I spent some time last week getting my Jeep ready for winter here in Cleveland (I know, a little late...). I try to do at least two full interior and exterior details per year with a lot of...

Re: LED Stop/Tail/Turn Install

Well that's an interesting thought... I would be weary of tapping into any exterior wires on the car due to issues around here with salt, but in theory it should work for the all the lights except...

Re: Detailing Question

With all due respect I would encourage you to look at some other sealants for increased durability and shine. Personally, I'm a big fan of Meguires #21.

Re: Anyone else have this problem?? Wheel coating bubbling...

I only said that because I had a similar issue with the Tahoe I just got rid of. I ended up having to escalate the case to GM corporate because the dealer said it was caused by "normal wear and...

Anyone else have this problem?? Wheel coating bubbling...

Thought I'd post this question on the forum because I could seem to find any other threads on this topic.

I have a 2011 Overland with the stock 20" wheels and the problem I have is that the...

Re: New grille inserts came in today... new company!!!! WOW am i pleased

Looks awesome!

They need to get their site back up and running. This is getting kind of ridiculous... They're about to lose a paying customer.

Re: E550 vs Overland

I test drove a brand new E550 last weekend with my mom and was NOT impressed. The seats were pretty hard and the awd system caused a noticeable lag when coasting at highway speeds.

Overall we...
