If you jack up the jeep put your hand on the 12 and 6 positions and see if there is a my play also see if you can wiggle the balljoint by hand by shaking the wheel with it on the ground when line...

I had a very similar problem it ended up being my axle isolator bushings. You cold also have play in your steering rack mine caused almost identical symptoms. You may a a to adjust your steering rack

my stall issue was related to low trans fluid it was ressolved after the factory recomended trans service at 90000

well if that is the case. it is the u joint in your axel right that the diff. so thats a sealed u joint you would have to go to the dealer. im still waiting on mine national back order
