It occurs to both QD2 and QT2 systems, so it doesnt appear related to ELSD.

It occurs to both steel sprung and Quadralift suspensions, so that TSB to fix the QL issues is not the fix...

I would say at 1% sand you should be fine with 20's. The PSI is the more important issue, you should be able to air down enough to enjoy 1% sand fun.
