Windshield Washer Fluid fluid light won't go out.

Had the washers stop working the other day at the tail end of a snowstorm and very cold(5 degrees during the day) weather. I didn't know if the lines froze, the nozzle, etc. I stopped and filled up...

Re: WK2 Possible Tire Choices

I did not like the stock Michelin's. When they wore out at only 32,000 and sucked in the snow, and mud I replaced the with Hankook Dynapro ATM's in the oem size. No snow yet, but in the dirt and...

Re: CONFIRMED! Heavy duty brake bolt on implace of ND brakes

Thanks for this info, I'll be doing this at some point to my 3.6 as I tow, and who doesn't want better brakes. Rep for you.

Re: Using the Key for entry.. Sets off Alarm - Help

Not really, you're bypassing many of the "features" of the Jeep's proximity key and alarm systems. Only thing you could do is get a really small otter box for your remote/key, or buy one of those...

Re: Lifted my 2014 !

With the extended sway bar links and rro lift, how is the ride compared to stock? At highway speeds? Cornering? I'm just about to pull the trigger, but I'm concerned about the ride suffering....

Re: '13 JGC Laredo Car Hauling Question

You could try a regular tow hitch shop although with the factory Jeep hitch, you'll get the lower bumper fascia with the hitch portion cut out, and both the 9 and 4 pin wiring hookups with the spring...

Re: '13 JGC Laredo Car Hauling Question

2200 sounds heavy, but uhaul tends to buy overbuilt stuff. You'll ave no problem towing 5400 with the v6, just be aware that you're at the max, and your vehicle will not behave the same.

Re: Best OEM size tire for 18's

Ended up getting Hankook Dynapro ATM's in the stock size. Only 500 miles later, but I couldn't be happier.

Re: Rocky Road Prerunner

You don't need the winch, just the winch mount bumper. It's so that the skid plate has something solid to mount to. The winch mount is really a steellin for the painted bumper fascia to replace the...

I have a Laredo X with the 18" wheels and the stock Michelin's are close to done at just 30k miles. I'm looking for similar on-road, and better off road performance and snow performance, all-season...

Auxilary trans cooler.

Anybody add an external trans cooler on their 3.6 equipped GC? I'm think about doing so for towing and looking for any others who have done so.

Re: 2012 Jeep website error

After closer examination, that may be the Indy rear of the wk2, but I'm unaware of a underbody spare on any wk2.

2012 Jeep website error

Check out the offroad section on the Jeep Grand Cherokee website. In the first pic of the undercarriage, it shows a wk. Solid rear axle, and spare under the body.

Re: Any of us WK2 people test drive a SRT8 yet?

My buddy keeps insisting that I take his srt8 out. So far I haven't had the time, but I'll report bak when I do. He said its about as fast as his challenger srt8.

Re: Speed Governor - How to Remove or Disable

Want to go fast in a GC, buy a srt8. Otherwise, it's suspension, tires and programming. Cheaper and safer to get the srt8.

Re: Buying 5/6 speed a mistake?

I was in the same boat(just bought an end of the year brand new 2011 3.6), and knowing about the upcoming 8 speed, I was tempted to wait. After considering that the 5 speed currently used in the 3.6...

Re: tire chains on my laredo

You might try something like Z-Chains which are not really chains at all, but will meet SAE, S(low amount) clearances. Personally I'm not a fan of driving anything with only rear wheel drive in snow...

Anybody know how to access the internal computer on a 2011?

Title says it all, on my 04 MB CLK, I can access the internal features of the computer by turning the key and pressing certain controls in sequence. Is this possible in the new Cherokee?
