I do remember that the fuse kept blowing before the sensor change. Thats what made us change the sensors in the first place. We thought one of them was short.

A bigger radiator does help. on a 5.9L i am pretty sure the fan is electrical so you are good there. There should be some aftermarket electric fans that spin faster and longer to draw the heat away...

Try looking at either MAF (Mass Air Flow) sensor or MAP (Manifold Absolute Pressure) sensor. Clean them up see what happens.

That is true. The readout was fine and there were no codes. We checked everything on the engine. Could it be that the transmission needs a flush? Kinda feels like it could be overheating or bad...

I am not good with acronyms. Whats TPS? Assuming throttle position sensor. My friend said that when they tested it, it was fine. engine and fuel are fine from what I got.

I used a failsafe thermostat and bought it in Colorado Springs. I think there is only one thermostat. Have never heard of 2. coolant seems to flow fine although at one point i drained it and flushed...
