Re: TIPM Recall

Hopefully not, though hope is not a strategy.

That would be an unbelievably poor outcome, ie: Let's keep knowingly installing faulty TIPM's/fuel relays (as we have since 2007), cause the...

Re: TIPM Recall

+100 to Jerry's comments above. Hard to be anything but cynical and alarmed that Chryco would not only continue to put faulty TIPMs/fuel relays in vehicles over a lenghty period of new model years,...

Re: Why Do Complaint Posts Get Closed So Early?

As a first mover fanboy of the WK2, now frustrated by Chryco and the QC/recall/poor customer service outcome, I can see both sides of this.

First, this is a Jeep site. Note to self, calling out...

Re: High Rockies/Denver Tire Shop Help

First, High Rockies is redundant, as everyone here is high.

Second, agree with Jim, buy the proper length lugs vs. cutting them, and pretty much any tire shop should be able to help you with a...

Re: Sales - v6 vs hemi vs diesel?

I can confirm the Hemi kicks ass at altitude, towing heavy loads, over long distances, in really cold temps.

Why not? Either because Chryco is a bunch of asshats, or because the recall has not officially been announced, or there is a shortage of replacement parts, or all three. I also opened up a Chrysler...

Man, I've missed so much since being less active on the board.

Re: 2012 SRT8 or 2014 Overland?

^This

IMO, the SRT difference compared to Overland is significantly greater than '12 to '14 tweaks.

If you are replacing both an S4 and JGC and not seeking to go OR, then go with the SRT.
