PS leak doesn't happen with radiator cap off. Only with cap installed. Also with both heat on and off.

So I changed out the radiator, thermostat, thermostat housing and hoses. I cleaned and installed a new gasket on the housing but it's leaking from the housing. Did not use RTV... What do you think?

Halo Headlights
