Re: Arrington 90mm throttle body

The 90mm is overkill for a lot of 6.1 / 6.4s. Unless you have some heavy engine modifications and/or forced induction, I wouldn't do a 90mm.

Re: Need help with wheel upgrade(2009) to (2012)

Drive slow, and make a hard turn, you'll hear it rub without destroying tires. Spacers shouldn't ruin alignment, but I wouldn't run a huge spacer just to get wheels to fit. Also, depending on the...

Re: Need help with wheel upgrade(2009) to (2012)

10" wide wheels won't work on the front of a WK1, however, that offset may help or you may need spacers. Grab one and do a test fit.

Re: No Heated Steering Wheel!

The first time I had a heated steering wheel was my '05 X5 and missed it until I got my WK2 and 300. Such a nice feature to have, don't miss it until you don't have it. As mentioned earlier,...

Re: Where to place My-Gig Lockpick v. 5 front camera in JGC 2011 limited

It would stick out in the bumper, I was thinking about doing the same thing but mounting in the lower grill.

Re: 2012 5.7 L Oil Pressure with Mobile 1

34 at idle when warm is fine. My 6.1 and my 426 both sat around 28-30 when warm. According to the service manual, anything above 4psi(!) is fine.

Re: High RPM and fuel consumption while driving

You have to remember that the 300 is way more aerodynamic than the Jeep. The equivalent of 14MPG isn't really that bad for these. You also have to remember that theses are AWD too. Same engine and...

Re: High RPM and fuel consumption while driving

I would've loved a 14mpg average in my SRT, I was around 10, but that was with a 426 and heavy foot. :D

My dad has a 98 Cherokee Sport with the 4.0, are there any tuning options? He installed a cam and wanted to know.

Re: need to tap into battery for amp -- recommendations?

Rear speaker output of the amp in the rear quarter panel. wk2jeeps should have all the pinouts you need.

Re: need to tap into battery for amp -- recommendations?

No...you need a ring terminal for a power wire. Get an 8 gauge (4 preferably) amp kit, it will have a ring terminal already on the power wire.

Re: 2011+ tuning via Diablo is COMING!

Re: 2011+ tuning via Diablo is COMING!

Did you test the battery as was suggested a couple weeks ago? It can be the battery and/or altenator.

Re: 12 volts everywhere...

Why did you cut the connector? Why not get an adapter harness? Since you hacked it already, you can get a switched power source from a power outlet in the dash.

Re: ACD Performance Module

There is nothing out there for the WK2's. I wouldn't buy anything that plugs in and says its going to give power. There is no tuning available yet, save your time and money.
