Re: If you were to give up your GC today, what would you get?

I'd probably go diesel. Maybe the Q7 TDI.

Re: OMG! Not another exhaust thread!!

Nice! I was in the same boat (didn't want to spend $1k+ on a bolt-on cat-back) so I went to my local exhaust shop and had them cut out the stock suitcase muffler and weld in a Magnaflow 11385. Then...

Re: Longer start time 2013 Hemi WK2

You don't have to pull out the start button - like MDBones described just press the button twice with your foot off the brake. You can definitely hear the fuel pump kick in and then kick off once it...

Re: My Jeep needs a quart of oil ...

I just got the regular satin finish with rubber hoses. You remove the stock rubber hose that runs between the PCV and the inlet on the intake. A new hose runs from the PCV to an inlet on the catch...

Re: My Jeep needs a quart of oil ...

I am using the one from Billet Technology (they are a vendor here). It's very easy to install - if you can change your oil I'd guess that you could do this.

Re: My Jeep needs a quart of oil ...

Do you have a catch can?

I'm at 26k miles now and I change my oil every 5,000 miles and haven't experienced any oil loss between changes other than what is sitting in the catch can (which is...

Re: Part Number for buttons around Selec Terrain Knob

I'd guess that you can't buy just the buttons individually and that you'd have to buy the whole assembly.

That is a good question. My guess would be whatever key it recognized to unlock the doors with would be the key that it will use for the driver settings. I'll have to give it a try when I get home...

I'd also recommend heading to your local exhaust shop. I didn't want to spend $1k plus on a cat-back system so I went to. My local guy and he cut out the big suitcase muffler and replaced it with a...

Re: 2015 Tahoe????? No thanks! WAY overpriced compared to grand cherokee or durango

This! Before I bought my Jeep I went to my local GM dealer to check out a lightly used Sierra Denali but we couldn't work out a price on it, and the sales guy told me they are having a huge sale on...

Which handle? The rears are easier to replace than the front since the fronts require the removal of the window glass (which isn't difficult).

If you have Quadralift, the system will level out the Jeep after you park it and the noise is the compressor kicking on.

They say it doesn't leave a trace and when I had warranty work done they didn't say anything or ask about a tuner ever being installed.

Re: 2013 5.7 Hemi High Performance Programmer?

Re: 2013 Projector HID Weird Cutoff Pattern?

Re: 2013 Projector HID Weird Cutoff Pattern?

Agreed - your driver side projector looks messed up somehow. The pattern that your passenger headlight is throwing should basically be replicated by your driver side.

That looks surprisingly good. I'm on the hunt for a set of bright white mirror caps to go with the painted door handles I installed a bit ago. Might give this a try and see how I like it.
