OK, here is a pic of the plug on the passenger side (photo courtesy of Peterson's 4wheel and off road). I pulled the equivalent plug on the drivers side and a couple of gallons of water drained out....

Yeah you're right it doesn't. The lids not wet from splashing, I guess it's just wet from soaking up the water from the rest of the floor.

I got the sloshing too, floor underneath the drivers seat was wet and so was the lid to the battery compartment. Hasn't rained in 3 days, so it's not from my feet and I'm pretty sure I didn't piss...

just on side note, if you remote start the Jeep, get in, and press on the throttle without pushing the start/stop button, it will shut off.

I've posted on a few threads with my update. No fix with the new torque converter and was told that there is another converter to be manufactured to fix the problem.

Thanks for posting the part numbers. I guess I have a rebuilt converter in mine. Must be why it shudders worse than the original that came in my vehicle. :wtf:

But it could possibly be related. The shudder only seems to come when the overdrive gear has taken over, just after the clunk.

Well, I don't think they are going to issue bulletins if they don't have a part to fix the problem. That's probably why no one's heard of it. The torque converter I had replaced, had metal shavings...

Litespeedz, what the dealer is telling sounds like a load of bunk. it may smooth out, but have you tried driving it while towing some weight or a load of people in the Jeep? My shudder did subside...

Chrysler informed the dealer to replace the torque converter, and in fact the repair reciept I received stated that the inside of the torque converter was gouged and had metal debris inside of it. ...

No update for today. Dealer broke the shifter cable dropping the transmission and the part won't be delivered till Mon. or Tues.

My shudder was between 40-60 on slight inclines before the TSB...

And yes, we are talking Warranty service, I do not expect to get a paid loaner for routine service. I am inconveinienced by a faulty part...

You make a good point, but if Chrysler wants to compete in the market with BMW, Lexus, or Mercedes they should consider providing a better service to their customers. Even Hyundai offers valet...
