This is true, I had the 0304 code then it went away, the 0340 code is continuous.

Ok, replaced with a new battery, cranks but no start, still getting the 0340 code upon performing reset function. Interesting. New plugs, CPS, CKP sensors.

No change could the PCM be screwed...
