u should be able to order OEM reds. Look on ebay call your dealer or reach out to the discount online mopar parts stores

Paint it red, remove the side chrome, add the GC chrome scripts and get red mirror covers...IMHO..caveat being price of paint i.e if painting the rear brow is inline with replacing the chrome door...

It depends on the exterior color of your jeep.. IMO white and sliver look good with the chrome brow but the darker colors benefit from being painted body color
