The rims are 22 x 10 Lexani css15 and the tyres are 285 x 35 I am hoping I can get the correct offset and it wont take another 5 months.

Tires and rims finally turned up they were shipped from the east coast balanced ready to be fitted I asked them to be fitted with tire pressure monitors. Wrong they came fitted with standard valves...

A few more parts have arrived waiting to be fitted still waiting for the rims and tires to arrive.
The watch is a cheapo I found on Ebay that has a Spider rim face

The SUV is slowly coming together fitted the GT Haus on Friday very happy with it, the note is awesome and have had a number of people comment how good it sounds. :thumbsup: Still waiting on a number...

Fitted the GT Haus system on Friday you defiantly know there is a different system on the SUV now.
On start-up it has a distinctive bark then settles down but on acceleration it sounds louder than...

My GTHaus turned up Wednesday it cost $450 to get it out of customs. Will be fitted this Friday and the exhaust shop will do some sound tests for me. They will take readings of the standard exhaust...

Thought of wrapping them but the guy who wrapped the roof was not keen to do it because the rear trim is fixed to the glass. He wanted to remove everything to wrap them.

Dropped the SRT off at the painters to black out the chrome around the windows while I went to Adelaide to watch the V8 Supercars racing and had a call from them saying it's too hard to do. Not happy...

The vehicle does sit level which I was looking for. It is still on the original rims have only been waiting 3 months for my 22" to...

After reading both sides for and against the system I still decided to go with the system. Here in Aust the DB level for the SRT is only 83 DB not sure what the DB will be once the GT Haus is fitted....

enjoying the journey with your SRT8 the 1.8 drop front and rear really sets the car off, had it done to mine a couple of months ago. Here is a shot next to a standard SRT8

The shop in Perth charges per piece per size. It is usually around 150 to 250 per piece. When I had the parts on the front of the Jeep done the front bumper had to be taken off and the parts removed...

Some of the parts I Hydro dipped in CF look. It took me a few visits to the shop to get them the understand the color I wanted for the grill. I had other parts done first to get it right. Very happy...

Stopped off at the dealers today and took a quick shot of my SRT beside a standard the 1.8 Road Magnets make it look smaller against the Standard

Up in Landsdale at Spectra Chrome they have a 2 page advert in the Perth Street car magazine. They also do 24K Gold Plating :D

The flairs came fitted to front and rear, currently I'm having them Hydro Dipped in the carbon fiber look.

With the lowered springs you cannot get the original alignment the rears are at an angle. IF you were racing the car no problems but for normal use the rears wear unevenly. By fitting the new control...

I fitted the springs at 300k and have done 4000k so far with no problems I have ordered the adjustable control arms from Black Ops to reduce the camber on the rear but still waiting on them. It looks...

Yep Road Magnets 1.8 inch all round with BWoody sway bar links. Tires will be 285/35/22 thinking of going to 305 later. The 1.8 Road Magnets give the SRT a good stance not too low to attract the boys...

Yep in Aust we only had two rims to choose from if you were lucky when I ordered my SRT (March 13) I wanted the black Spider Monkey rims but the dealer couldn't even tell me what options Australia...

Here in Australia the DB level for the Jeep SRT8 is 83DB. For the commodore 427 it is 10DB higher go figure? Even some of the Japanese 4WD have a higher DB allowance than the SRT8.
