I've replaced my cutted grille with the mesh grille, and mounted the lights behind just for the looks. The light output is less widespread as when you cut your grille. Just try it out, mount them...

Behind slot 1 and 7, there's something like and air dam. Behind slot 2 and 6, there's not enough space between the grille and the radiator, at least with my diesel engine. And everything higher...

The 18" Sahara Wheels from the Wrangler will work with the HD brakes..

So I think other 18" Wrangler wheels work as well.

Thanks for your answer. Yep, I was talking about the glass opening separately.. As I've just finished a slide for my fridge, I think I'll leave the tent as it is. Happy camping :-)

The crossbars are quiet enough, had a frontrunner rack old my old wk and that was a lot more noise. It's just kind of "humming" a bit.

Its a eezi awn t-top 140, picture upload seems not to worl...

Well, heres a pic with everything mounted on the roof.. Sleeping with 2 adults is no problem at all, cause its a static load.
I think all together weighs about 70kg.

I'm using the rhino rack mounts and crossbars with a roof top tent and awning on top. So far no problems with it, with the tent on top and mounted to the bars gives also more stability, so the rails...
