I thought the issue between the MY11-13 and the MY14's was basically due to the LED lighting on the MY14., and as a result, the MY14's had a individual feed to Canbus, unlike the earlier WK2's..

It is not unusual for the doors locks to activate and headlights and flashers to operate while washing the car, when the fob is on your person. The key must be in the close vicinity of the car for it...

All companies vary the prices according to postcodes. To test, get online, put in all the details, then requote with a different postcode....

I use a 7" screen, which connects to 2 side cams, and 2 rear cams. One of the rear's points downwards, which is ideal for reversing.

You will probably find that while the key is in your pocket, pressure is being applied to the unlock button. Tight jeans? When the incident happens again, take the fob out of your pocket and carry it...
