Re: Taillight solutions-just ordered mine.

I REALLY need to do this mod, but damn that's pricey! Anyone have all the part numbers collected if you do LEDs the "Jeep_Addicted" way? I see the part numbers for the sockets, Jeep_Addicted...

Re: Quadra-Drive II vs Quadra-Track II

Well then, you too would be wrong. There have been a lot of tests just like this one (http://www.popularmechanics.com/cars/how-to/repair/can-all-season-tires-really-handle-the-snow) and this one...

Hmmm. I think you should "lemon" your GC. Jeep needs to buy it back - pay for their mistake! :)

Re: auto dim high beam feature

No, the HIDs don't "dim" just a mechanical deflector. I do what you do, I turn my lights off because I don't like turning HIDs on and off more than necessary. My garage is also just dark enough...

Re: Looking at a 2015 Outback- comments?

Ground clearance isn't an issue. Unless you have QL in your Jeep, ground clearance is about the same, Subaru is around 8.7".

I've owned 2 different subarus over the years - a Forester XT and an...

Re: Quadra-Drive II vs Quadra-Track II

Completely untrue. Sorry, but I have to say it. If you ever get the chance try stopping with the stock tires, then try again with snows. Not even close.

And I'm a "seasoned Winter driver" if...

Re: New Owner - Couple of Fueling/Smell Questions

Never had an issue filling mine, you just have to make sure the nozzle is in far enough to open the spring loaded flap that's down in the neck a short way. It's a "natural" distance so I wouldn't...

Re: Positive JGC Diesel Thread

I LOVE my diesel too. 3200 trouble free miles and counting. I do not tow, only drive 12,000 miles a year, but I like power. At the same time, I didn't want to give up fuel economy. Diesel was the...

Re: Jeep may become a VW

We're STILL talking about THAT? Based on how it's selling, I'd say a lot of people LIKE the Cherokee, myself included. But I don't think Fiat had anything to do with its design.
