I had a pin hole in my filter drier which wasn't covered by warranty. You could have a leak any where if thats what it is. Just sounds like the same sorta situation.

I'd go with the 07, but as everyone has said the 08+ is a better engine choice. 70 hp is hard to just look over, but I'm happy with my 4.7.

Yeah I have the Hids on both sides but I just used the relay that uses only one side of the factory plug. The other side still won't work with the passenger side plugged in.

Well, I put in some HIDS with just the single relay and that fixed my light problem, but now I'm worried that the other side may quit also...

I had no problems at all with this. Got the bulbs from al and the 3ohm resisters from vleds. Took about 15 minutes and that's only because the drivers side is a pain. :lol:

That mesh is from Lowes. It's around 10 bucks a sheet and took me two sheets of it.

Yeah I shoulda had it powder coated, I'm sure I will later on. I sanded it down, primed it, two coats of black and three coats of clear. Worse comes to worse atleast I'll have a template for the next...
