Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee pricing!

It's just too much of a price increase for me. I have a 2012 Overland and had hoped that I would love the 2014. I like the electronics upgrades but I just don't care for the new front end. And a...

Re: Is the diesel really worth it????

I have to admit......I don't understand why diesel fuel is so much more expensive here I the US as opposed to Europe and Canada. At a local Gulf station, today, regular was $3.44 and diesel was...

Re: Is the diesel really worth it????

I think you're missing the point. Everyone wants good mileage. But there is no real savings. The diesel will cost more......here in the US, at least my part of the US, diesel fuel is more expensive....

Re: Is the diesel really worth it????

1. Emissions may be cleaner but I'm not willing to pay thousands more so I can say that I'm emitting fewer emissions. I'll let the movie stars in Hollywood take care of that....you know...the one's...

Re: 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee and 2014 MB E-class Comparison

The redesign does share the same underpinnings as the M class because Mercedes was involved in the development of the 2011 GC. But Mercedes is out.....Fiat is in.......strange that this freshening...

Is the diesel really worth it????

Unless you're towing something really heavy or doing some hardcore offroading and need that 400 ft lbs of torque.....is the diesel really worth it? Based on highway mileage.........the V6 is rated at...

Thanks for the replies. I've been repositioning my seat fore and aft and tilting the seat cushion at different angles. The clicking goes away after each repositioning but comes back shortly after....

My driver's seat does the same thing. It's driving me nuts and I can't figure out how to fix it.

Clicking seat

2012 Overland V6, 17,500 miles. The last few hundred miles, I've developed this very annoying clicking sound in my seat. Whenever I take off from a standstill, make a turn so that my weight shifts,...

Seriously.....how is this possible?????

So....I own a 2012 V6 Overland that I purchased in October of 2011. At the end of 2012, I messed around with the idea of upgrading to a V8 Overland as the dealership where I purchased my Jeep was...

Re: Going Home on Nav

No user error. It will hold my home address for a couple of weeks. Then, randomly, I'll hit "guide me home" and my home address is gone.

I call "dumb luck" that you got one that works properly.

Jeep didn't include the PIN feature but they included a handy feature that periodically erases your home address, forcing you to reenter it. Anyone notice this????

Re: First winter

Re: Jack question

I think they deleted that plastic block because there were some instances where the block was breaking under load and the vehicle was sliding off of the jack.

Re: MPG V8 - 2nd update

I don't think anyone here is saying that the V8 is not a great engine. And...all things being equal....I'm sure everyone would take the V8. I know I would. But.....things aren't equal.

Adding up...

Re: Question for stone white owners

I have Stone White and love it. I've had many, many dark colored vehicles (including many black cars) and my Stone White looks better, when dirty, then any of those vehicles.

Re: Improving quality claimed by WSJ

What? Makes no sense. You missed out on one of the best options. It really opens up the inside. Sometimes, regular sunroofs have problems too.

Re: No snow this year!!

Snow in Colorado looks nice. So, back to my original question. How does the GC snow capability compare to the Wrangler. My wrangler was a beast in deep snow. Same for the GC? Anyone had both?
