Re: What did you do to your WK2 SRT today?

Wife traded her '12 GC SRT8 in for 2014 Audi SQ5. Stay tuned, I've got some nice mods I'll be listing soon.

Re: Arrington tuner? Anyone got one?

I have the Arrington tuner, bought it as a separate unit so I could swap it out for warranty work. However, now the tuner is warranty compliant. Satisfied with performance and it shuts off mds, but...

Have had one on the Wife's SRT8 for about 6 months, previously on mine for 5 months til I traded. Happy with it, good sound, nice fit and finish. CAI only, not forced induction. $395 is a bit...

Re: Impressions of current CAI's available? Input needed

Hennessey, didn't want to do all the work to install the Bwoody, nor do I really like the location of the Bwoody filter. IMO the unit is way overpriced, but seems to be an improvement over stock. ...

Re: B&G tuned PCM dyno results

Just fired off an email to Steve to find out what he knows about this, might be of value for travelling longer distances to improve the gas mileage.

Re: B&G tuned PCM dyno results

For me the second PCM was necessary, I don't want the dealership screwing something up, so I'll swap it out before bringing it in.

Re: B&G tuned PCM dyno results

93 tune. Happy so far, but I think my gas mileage is taking a hit. Going to have to watch it next time I fill up. One positive note is that the little clunking I was getting, mostly on downshifts,...

Re: Don't read this if you could care less about mpg

Agreed, the R&D probably took all of 10 minutes!

Not really noticing much of a sound difference at normal driving speeds, you get a pretty good whallop with WOT. With my WK1, my recollection is...

Re: First Post - Sharing New 2012 Mineral Gray SRT8

Re: Should I trade in my Over Land to SRT8 now?

Dealers were obviously making up names, mine was built for Maurice Jones-Drew of the Jaguars (clearly stated on the window sticker), fat chance he ordered it then backed out!!

Re: Overspin's 1747 H.P. family.....

Our stable equals 1360 hp, 470 for each of the SRT8's, 420 for the RS4. Our first M3 back in 1998 was 240hp. By the time 2005 came around, 2 out of the 4 vehicles we had at the time were over 300hp...

Re: Anyone find a set of wheel locks?

Perhaps a set of locks for a non-SRT8 JGC would work, my wife has an '11 overland and the wheel studs were larger than on my 2010 SRT8. I'm thinking that maybe the WK2 SRT8 would be the same.

Re: Revised 2006-2010 Jeep SRT8 Production totals

Great information on the updates, but I must admit to being just a bit disappointed that the numbers grew by over 3,000 in total. Was hoping they would be a bit more exclusive.
