I highly doubt you could just swap the flipper glass, struts, and latch.
The door structure that allows that to exist would be completely different from the door structure if there is just a glass...

There's no room in there for a roll-down window to work.

About your only option would be to look into obtaining a 2011-13 rear door and seeing if you can swap it into place.

My 2012 performs various functions depending on the outside temps.

Above 28 or so degrees, the heat kicks out as soon as the engine warms up. (Unless it's summer! Then the A/C kicks on!)

I went to Goodyear Wrangler A/T tires and it's a night/day difference in snow traction.

If your fluid is looking bad at the caliper you are usually better off to just flush the entire system.

Brake systems should be flushed every 3 years....

Even if they ice up, you can usually flex them enough to pop the ice out of them whereas the normal...
