First make sure your cooling fan is working. I was going to say water pump also but you say when you are moving the temps stay down so that means your pump is working. I would check your cooling fan...

I found what the issue is. When I replaced my steering box I had to replace the intermediate shaft also. But instead of buying a new one I put a used one off ebay :confused: I know I know bad move....

A fuel system cleaning in my shop consists of changing the fuel filter and hooking up a injector cleaning machine to the fuel rail. Cleans the injectors like new..

If you can try hitting the plug with a brass hammer a couple of times. Don't pound on it but give it a couple good hits to shock it. Then try to loosen it after that.

Well guys I replaced my steering box today without a hitch. Much better turning and response. My only concern now is I tried bleeding as much air ut as possible but i don't think I got it all out.
