It's been awhile, but thanks for everyones input. turns out, the oil leak was from the Oil Cooling unit - $1,400 repair. It's been about 3 months, and no leaking since.

Even on the skid plate, the oil has collected only on the drivers side.

I took off the air intake tube and in fact, I have the orange seal. There was oil sitting in the front of the turbo and oil in the tube. I am a bit confused though, since I can see the mail (large)...
