Re: 08 3.7 misire p0304 + p2311

Just to be sure, you changed the ignition coil from the #4 cylinder, right?
Did you also check the wiring for chaving or other damage?

Re: Jeep grand Cherokee with problems

Did you disconnect the battery for some minutes and try again? The BCM itself is back to back mounted to the junction block, the fuse panel at the drivers foot well area. If you disconnect the PCM,...

Re: Trouble-shooting TCM error code.

Your jeep should have had the TCM flash, back in 2000, which gave it the extra fifth gear. For the transmission itself, the solenoid block is the same for 4x2 or 4x4, but the transmission pan is...

Re: Trouble-shooting TCM error code.

Your jeep most probably still has the older black connector solenoid block. This block is not made anymore and a better white connector solenoid block replaced it. For this newer type block to fit...

Re: Trouble-shooting TCM error code.

There are 5 pressure switches in the TRS/solenoid block. These switches are tested automatically by the TCM and when not in the required position for two consecutive times, a fault code will be set...

Re: 06 wk clunking and popping in front end

If you have quadra drive, then it can be low on limited slip additive in the differential.
The clunking can come from worn differential bushings.

Re: Jeep grand Cherokee with problems

Sometimes the BCM can freeze up and do strange things. Just disconnect the negative battery terminal for some minutes and try again. A broken wire in the drivers door boot can cause problems with...

Re: Hey guys I have Problem here

The instrument cluster receives information for the gauges from the PCM, via the PCI data bus. If the bus was the problem, then the engine will start, but shut down after some seconds.
First check...

So the TCM doesnīt seem to be the problem then. Did you already disconnect the SKIM and try again?
With the shorting cap removed, most of the components normally connected to the PCI data bus, will...

Re: 2000 GC 4.7 stalling

Overhead display works, but does it show all the data? (ie mpg etc)? The new problem can be with the new PCM. I would remove and reconnect the three PCM connectors once again and check if no pins are...

Re: 95 Cherokee Sport - fuel issues

The auto shut down relay can prevent it from starting, but it would be strange that this started after the pressure regulator change. You could try and swap the ASD relay with an other one in the...

Re: Enging Whining

Power steering fluid is at the right level? If so, then I would remove the acessory belt and check the pulleys for bad bearings. Also spin the alternator and power steering pump to check for noise.

Re: I have an electrical issue that is driving me crazy

Wellcome to the garage.
First of all its not a good idea to replace a fuse with a higher rated one. The fuse sits in a circuit to protect the wiring and is rated so that it will blow as soon as a...

Re: 04 GC Limited reverse lights

Re: 2004 Jeep Liberty Blower fan issues

Yes, rockauto has both cv joints for sale. Not that difficult to change. You can simply remove the whole shaft and testdrive to see if the noise is gone. 6 bolts on each side.

Iīm not sure if your jeep requires friction modifier in the differentials. Which four wheel drive system does it have?
Because your problem description seems to be a locking differential.
