Yeah, I gotta get those sill guards for mine. That's the one thing I'm missing.

Re: 35" tires on stock wheels

Probably not. Minimum width of a 35 is 12.5 I believe, they will not fit on the stock rims.

Yup. I upgraded to 33's and bought new wheels to make it work best to insure no rubbing. Here is...

Re: New 2015 Willy's

First, congrats on the new Jeep. Pics or id didn't happen.

Regarding the stereo, I don't find the stock set up all that bad. Remember, it's a Jeep not a 100K Benz with a Harmon Kardon sound...

Re: Recommended small additions to new JK

I did a homemade job on my grille. A roll of black plastic gutter mesh, small zip ties and wire anchors at Home Depot cost me like $15 total. The kits cost much more and even some of the full...

Re: Recommended small additions to new JK

Floor mats for sure, I personally love the WeatherTechs. Grabars are awesome too, but you already have them listed there. The Mopar gas cap cover I love, it provides some protection and it looks...

Re: What tires to buy? Oh my!

Look at the new Nitto Terra Grappler G2 tires. I just put them on my mostly street driven JK and love them. Aggressive look, quiet, still a P rated tire (lighter and better ride) and great wet and...

Re: Hoist

The Harken is really reasonable and looks easy to use. Can I ask where the rear strap fits around? Does it put weight on the rear glass or rear glass brackets? Looks like it.

Re: What size rims and tires will fit my 2015 JK?

I think your Sport comes with 16's, correct? I'm a fan of a little more wheel, so I'd stick with 16's maybe even go 17s and look from there. A perfect fit from what I have seen is a 17x8 or 9 wheel...

Re: Brakes

I bet the rotors are shot, especially at 32k. I went with Hawk pads and Brembo rotors. Half the price as OE and still great stopping power.

Re: Brake Pad Life

Can I ask why? Stopping power?

I was going to go ceramic for the lesser dust and have heard they stop nearly as well as stockers.

Re: 2014 jeep srt8 spy shots thread

Don't like the steering wheel, don't like the shifter, can't really say I even like the looks of the new nav screen (placement etc, not the actual display of the screen).

I'm not a fan or foe of Hennessey, but some allegations and internet smack talk from 6 years ago won't deter me from buying a product if I think it's a quality product.

I think I'm going to go...

But what about people who live in Florida, or Texas, or CA? No need for a an all season, right? I agree, the 3 seasons will last way less miles but I can see why they offer them.

I also will...

Like Mongoose said, it seems to be fixed, it's well documented, you have a bunch of warranty time left, drive it and enjoy it. Cries of replacing the Jeep are unwarranted.

I also would change...

Re: Not Happy 2 weeks into it.

I had that one time already too, small oil leak at the filter. Sounds like they got some bad gaskets or something.

I might have to do this, really. So can you give me any pics of how the vents come off? I'm afraid of snapping them when trying to remove.

Damn, I like that! Good work hubbman. So how does the SRT feel after throwing more cold air up to the filter? Butt dyno feel any difference?
