Re: Changes for 2015?

It's been posted all over the web on many respected auto sites so it appears legit.

Re: Changes for 2015?

I have been in contact with more than a half dozen dealers recently deciding between ordering a 2014 now or waiting to order a 2015. Every dealer I have dealt with has assured me the order banks are...

Re: Changes for 2015?

Visited my local Jeep dealer yesterday to test drive the V8 and diesel. They said the 2014 order banks were still open through early May (not convinced that's accurate), and that a 2015 could be...

Changes for 2015?

Maybe it's just around here, but the dealer lots are pretty thin--and the current supply has to last until the fall.

I don't think they'll have any issues selling the remaining 2014 models.

Re: Changes for 2015?

Well, no news about 2015 GC features is coming from Jeep Garage so it leaves us no choice but to look elsewhere...

If the order banks for 2014 are now closed, I don't see what the harm is in...

Did the dealer mention any other changes for 2015?

How about being able to order ORAII with the 20"...

How about being able to order ORAII with the 20" tires and adding full LED tail lights?

That's not asking too much...

Re: Changes for 2015?

Order banks for the 2015 open in about two months (6/9) yet we still have no idea what, if any, changes there are for 2015?

Are we going to have to visit a dealer on 6/9 to find out?

Only for the tail lights, not the brake lights.

Re: Ready for winter 2014 GC Summit on 18" wheel Michelin X-ICE 2

Speaking of pics, johnnyiowa, how about some pics of your WK2 out in the daylight to show how the new wheels look with the Granite?

Re: Added some Red Tow Hooks...

Very nice indeed. Goes well with your A4/S4.

I think getting the red Trail Rated badge that the WK2 and Cherokee Trailhawks have would be a nice touch to match the red hooks.

Re: Snow!

Thanks. Great look. The DM-V1s seem to be the tire of choice. Not only do they offer great traction, but they almost have the look of an A/T tire.

Re: Should I get Winter wheels/tires?

Look at it this way: The only thing the road knows about your vehicle is what the tread on the tires is. The road doesn't care if your vehicle is a 4X4 Jeep or a RWD Ford Mustang. When you stop or...

I see from the Nitto site that the Terra Grapplers have two sidewall designs so you can choose which one you want on the outside. I am assuming you chose to have the more aggressive one facing out?

Re: Tire question

Did you check the tire pressure?

Sounds like maybe those tires may be a bit low on pressure which would cause accelerated wear to the outer part of the tread.

They look black until the last pic where they are cleaned up, and then they look gray. What color are they?

Re: Looking for pics of the billet and granite

I would agree. The pics don't pick it up well, but Billet Silver is actually quite a bit darker--especially on a cloudy day.

Re: Looking for pics of the billet and granite

It's not a different shade of grey, it's chrome. The lighting and pic are just deceptive from that angle.
