The tech at the dealer reset/reprogrammed/??? mine after installing a new actuator and it's working fine now.
Cost $94.00
The job is good for 1 year warranty.
He doesn't know what caused it.

Re: WK2 heater blowing cold on driver's side

Re: Roller ball like noise

Thank you for your replies
It doesn't rattle like a loose nut, it's a steel roller on a track type sound.
Wife decided it was time to take it to the dealer but it has 37k on it so that's out.
Are...

Roller ball like noise

There's a noise that sounds like a steel roller ball inside the drivers side of the car when on or off the brakes or throttle.
It's almost like the soda bottle trick left inside the door panel at...

Re: Any new Updates heard for a WK2 Programmer - BullyDog, HyperTech, SuperChip

I don't like the converter going loose on every little rise in the road or basic part throttle application to pick up 10mph for a higher speed limit.
It feels like a loose converter I had on a hot...
