I recommend to get new fasteners because the...

Re: Infinity Speakers upgrade...

I ordered all 2 way infinity reference, you need 3.5, 6.5 and 6X9 inch size.

Go for the infinitys, these have a 2 omh impedance that will work best with the stock BA amplier and will sound louder...

I have a remote storage above the screen inside the ves, it can be seen when you flip the screen down.

The headphones I keep in the left storage box in the trunk.

Re: WK 2wd to 4wd doable?

Yes, it would be cheaper to trade your WK than to convert it.

If you do lighter off road only, a rear diff lock will help a lot and keep you out of trouble most of the time.

Re: Does anyone have the install instructions for the OME HD lift?

Upps, that is correct, I'm sorry I should have been a bit drunk when I wrote that :buttkick:. The longer one goes on the left side, to compensate for the fuel tank weight as I recall.

Re: Does anyone have the install instructions for the OME HD lift?

Short version:
Install just like you would a stock suspension including alignment specs EXCEPT that you should use the longer rear spring, marked A, on the Right (not Left) side.

Re: Most Comfortable Shock/Strut/Springs/Suspension Upgrades

1 & 2. Monroe or OME

Re: Suspension Comfort Mods

You better go with a low pressure gas shock such as OME or Monroe. And a high profile tire will help a lot for comfort.

Re: New Muffler

A WK is a good car for a new driver, safe, practical and coolish.

My father was kind enough to buy me a brand new Chevrolet Citation X-11 when I was 16, I loved that car, and kept it for 7 years.

Yes the site seems shady or at least really outdated.

But I think dmsfun who has been a forum member for 2.5 years has noting to gain by recommending it, so it could be good to give it a try.

Does the 5.7L MDS Hemi have a knock sensor?

I just tried my WK with a couple of new engine mods: Air Aid Jr. kit and DiabloSport inTune canned 91 Octane tune. I'm using 92 Octane gas, (Ron + Ros)/2, that is the highest octane fuel I can get.
