Ok, so it seems these should be more than adequate and blow my halogen/HID set-up out of the water. Worse case scenario later on I pop them open and toss in the OEM/Valeo projector.

You don't NEED anything additional besides the OME MD lift, pinch weld mod and rolling the rear fenders to fit 285/70/17's with the proper wheel offset. This is what I was running with JK Rubicon...

I had a similar issue in my old WJ and chased it forever to find that it was the front DS. Specifically it was the CV joint back at the transfer case.

Try crawling under there and in one hand grab...
